Suggested new feature or improvement

Currently it requires "Windows 11 version 22000.0 or higher" to install from the Store

Scenario

My machine has the specs to upgrade to Windows 11, but all the many times I've tried it failed. So I've been happily using VS2022 on Windows 10 for my dev work. DevHome should be as easy to install and use on Windows 10 as VS2022 is.
