Suggested new feature or improvement

Its great we can add dev tools to our machines easily.

But would be great to have a single goto in the app where we can start them up.

I would like to see Apps in the left hand navigation and have a dashboard/tile view to add icons we can click.

We need to allow ease of starting them in administrator mode.

Scenario

I need to start VSCode. Sure I can use the Start/Search feature in Windows.

If I have dozens of dev tools, then I want to see them collated together so I can find what I was looking for.

I want to fire a database tool up - but which one?
I need a Python editor - what have I got.

Lets just see what is on my computer.

this might be covered by #1049

I was thinking that I'd want to launch apps I don't have any projects associated.

Like docker, SQL server, azure data studio etc. But that link looks great.

#1984 might be a solution for this ask.
