Use zip deploy to upload jar file and required web config file

Zip deploy is supported from the SDK side and it is the most suggested way to do the deployment.
And considering that FTP deploy is unstable for Linux web apps, we will update the deploy method for jar file and web config from FTP deploy to ZIP deploy first. Then when will support Linux web apps, we could just leverage it to do the deployment.
