Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there is a soft limit of 5 IPs per Container, which prevents Azure Container Apps from being used by any application that leverages a wide port range.

Per documentation
There's a maximum of five additional ports per app. If additional ports are required, please open a support request.

Going through this process requires a support ticket - which in itself hurts users who don't have paid support.
In addition, even when it is extended, it's limited by region and by subscription.

Describe the solution you'd like.

  1. Increase the default soft limit from 5 to 100. Whilst this will not solve the 1,000 port problem, it should be a quick fix.
  2. If it's a quota, make it an official quota rather than a support ticket to the Product group. Managing this kind of thing at scale doesn't work with tickets

Describe alternatives you've considered.
My alternative is to run AKS since then I control all the networking... but I thought ACA was meant to be the bright shining future!

Additional context.
Container Instances have the same issue.
