WSL2 cannot open #7260

I want install BlueStacks 5, it says I should disable Hyper-V first.
So I run this file HD-DisableHyperV
After that, I open WSL, it prompts with the following message:

Please enable the Virtual Machine Platform Windows feature and ensure virtualization is enabled in the BIOS.
For information please visit https://aka.ms/wsl2-install
[process exited with code 4294967295]

I've tried some ways metioned in previous issues, but this is still not fixed.
Could anyone help me fix this?

Reinstalled WSL and Ubuntu, fixed
