Not able to install WSL

Hi Team,
I have required Windows version in my laptop (Windows version-2004 (OS-build-19041.508)
Windows Home Single user .
Followed steps as mentioned in the url - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-win10
Installation is successful but when I am restarting after updating 30% its start window but at 94% getting the message that update is not possible ,so it is uninstalling .
Please advice what I have to do to resolve the issue .

Environment

Windows build number: [run `[Environment]::OSVersion` for powershell, or `ver` for cmd]
Your Distribution version: [On Debian or Ubuntu run `lsb_release -r` in WSL]
Whether the issue is on WSL 2 and/or WSL 1: [run `cat /proc/version` in WSL]
