Thank you @Locietta. I'm not seeing the full boot logs in the zip file you shared. Can you try:

• Start the log collection
• Run: wsl --shutdown
• Reproduce the issue
• Stop the log collection
• Share the new logs

Ah, I tried wsl --shutdown and reboot WSL, and somehow everything goes fine this time. Maybe my WSL instance is just in an invalid state yesterday and wsl --shutdown happens to solve this.

Anyway, thanks! I'm closing this since I can't repoduce it now🙂
