Is there a way to detect when an animation ends in a a MVVM app for WinUI3?

The template animates the the left pane open and close when the user stretches or schrinks the window, as well as the Page content when switching between pages. I need to know when these animations end in order to reposition a window overlay that doesn't form part of the Page visual tree. Is there a way to subscribe to events that fire when those animations end?
