[Run] Add practical shortcut for step back to former query in "Search&Result"

There is a checkbox in settings of "PwTys Run - Search&Result", which is like:

☑在启动时清除上一查询 (Wipe the last query as started?)
// sorry for my poor English..

I ☑-ed, for I don't need the last query the most of time though,
but if it could be customized to press "Up ↑" and step back to former query, we(or me, XD) would appreciate for being convenient for both "to wipe" and "not to wipe".

so if one needs the last query to be retain, she/he can simple press Up and get it in the right place;
