Currently, task manager can only show CPU usage and clock speed, not the CPU temperature.
It would be useful there was a power toy to show the CPU (or even GPU) temperatures either inside task manager, or in an additional window.

For those looking at this issue note that it is not actually completed, the feature is still missing from powertoys. If you want to monitor CPU you'll have to use devhome or a different tool. Note that devhome now supports Windows 10. Check out the linked issue above for details.
