Hello.
Since the new 0.19 update I started having problems with shortcuts - at least with alt+t and alt+w. I have them remapped to ctrl+t and ctrl+w respectively and:

  1. shortcuts would sometimes work after clicking them two times
  2. they would trigger default (alt+t, alt+w) effect instead of remapped one (ctrl+t, ctrl+w).

Environment:
Windows build number: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.900]
PowerToys version: 0.19.0
PowerToy module: Keyboard manager

Steps to reproduce:

  1. remap shortcut alt+t to ctrl+t and alt+w to ctrl+w
  2. open any web browser with ctrl+t/ctrl+w shortcuts to open/close tab
  3. install LastPass extension (not sure if needed but alt+w shortcut is used by it)
  4. try clicking alt+t, alt+t, alt+w fast

Expected behavior:
Opening new tab, opening new tab, closing a tab...

Actual behavior:
Sometimes opening a tab, sometimes not, sometimes closing a tab, sometimes triggering default alt+w shortcut, general bugginess.

After downgrading to 0.18.2 everything works as expected.

@istir I think this is the same issue reported at #4647. Can you confirm that you're facing the issue only when it's two shortcuts that are remapped and both have the same modifier (like Alt+t and Alt+w, or Win+t and Win+w)? If so this will be fixed in 0.19.1.

Sorry for not reaching out earlier, seems to be fixed now as of 0.19.1.
