PowerToys v0.19

Problem encountered: When using 2 physical screens, and with NVidia Surround enabled to get only 1 virtual screen, for example to play games displayed on 2 screens, the PowerToys launchbar will be placed across the 2 screens.

Requested feature: options to move the bar.

Hi, yes of course.

So, I have 2 physical screens.
