[KBM] long pressing the Win key while remapping a key results in no mouse input #4360

Environment

Windows build number: [version 10.0.19041.329]
PowerToys version: 0.18.2
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): shortcut guide

Steps to reproduce

  1. start a fresh runtime of powertoys (don't press win key until stateted)
  2. open pt settings and make sure shortcut guide is active
  3. go to keyboard manager and click remap a key
  4. click the plus button and then the type key button
    you should be in this screen now:

  5. hold down the win key for at least the delay set for shortcut guide to come up

Expected behavior

shorcut guide should not try to come up

Actual behavior

shortcut guide try to come up and gets stuck in an transparent state stealing the majority of mouse inputs

If KBM is up, SG key should be disabled.

can you still repro this problem with 0.29.3? I tried the repro steps but the mouse input kept working regularly.

seems to be working correctly here too
