Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.19041.264
PowerToys version: 18.2

Steps to reproduce

Cannot bind any combination of Windows Key + anything. To reproduce the bug, go to powertoys run, and click inside the box. Press the windows key, and nothing will be bound. I am attempting to bind Windows+Space to powertoys run, and cannot get it to do so.

Expected behavior

I expect the Windows key to be able to be used inside of shortcuts

Actual behavior

Windows key is not able to be used in keyboard shortcuts
