Just like FancyZones with the "Override Windows Snap" option.

As a workaround you could use the keyboard manager to remap the Win + R to Alt + Space. I've just tried it and it works well, though a dedicated option would be much better.

What if I need Alt + Space for something else?

Then just remap PowerToys Run to another keyboard combo. As long as the Keyboard Manager is used to remap that shortcut to Win + R, it'll work.

But it's still better to have a dedicated option though...
