Summary of the new feature/enhancement

Wox has a ton of useful plugins which don't work on the PT RUN version. I would love to be able to do what I posted in #3945 but I cant do that with plugins do to compatibility issues.
I'd also love to do /s [game name] to launch steam names, which I used to do with Hain.

I don't really get why this was removed or PT RUN was altered so much that the plugins won't work.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Euhmm CTRL+Z on some set limitations or changes?
Mark plugins as unsupported and warn people not to make issues about it on the GitHub.
Give it a switch.

sounds like plugins are intentionally disabled at this time
