Shortcut Guide not appearing

Tested Version: 0.18.1

Tried various values of delay time, but pressing Windows key does NOT display shortcut information.
Using HP Envy laptop.

I have the same problem, i'm running on a tower, windows 10.0.18362 running PowerToys 0.18.1 , the windows key will only pop up the windows menu once released, and does not show the guide, no matter how long i hold it for. I have razer synapse installed and i am using a razer keyboard, maybe it has something to do with it.

are you running PowerToys as a regular user or as administrator?
Are you using the default UAC settings?

Running as regular user, UAC notices "never" (disabled). I have razer synapse installed and i am using a razer keyboard, maybe it has something to do with it.

I got the same Issue and it instantly goes away when I close Razer Synapse, so seems to be a conflict there.

betting then some software could be conflicting. I didn't know Razer Synapse was doing stuff, they could be suppressing the press and hold.

in 0.20 the Shortcut guide can be invoked using Win + ? (on some keyboard it's Win + Shift + ?)
Is that also not working for you?
