PowerToys Setting Shortcut Hotkey Field cannot receive Windows key combination, even though the FancyZone is pre-assign to `Win + ``.

Environment

Windows build number: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.836]
PowerToys version: v0.18.0
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): Settings

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to settings
  2. Go to either FancyZones or PowerToys Run
  3. Go to the Shortcuts section
  4. Try to change the shortcut using Windows key combination

Expected behavior

The key combination should be updated with the new one.

Actual behavior

Nothing happened as the field doesn't update until the focus got lost by clicking somewhere.
And after that, the key combination field filled with Undefined.

Came to say the same thing! I like using the space bar, but the finger placement of alt instead of the windows key seems much less intuitive as a default.

This is being tracked by #2325 which is the larger work item.
