Environment

Win 10 x64 1909
PowerToys 0.18.0
Problem with PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

Not sure about exact steps but maybe related to hibernate and resume of laptop overnight.

Killed and relaunched PowerToys and Alt Space brings up the Run dialogue

FancyZones was still working which had previously been problematic after hibernate/resume and/or PowerToys running for a long period

Expected behavior

Alt Space brings up the PowerToys Run dialogue

Actual behavior

Menu for the window in focus is displayed instead of PowerToys Run dialogue

Hi @guyrleech, if this happens again, can you please check the PowerToys Run settings and see if the shortcut is set to undefined? This is possibly related to #3456 and we're trying to identify repro steps here. Greatly appreciate your help!
