A shortcut that gets you to the window-settings menue.

Scenario when this would be used?

Often times you connect to a new screen (maybe in a shared office space) and need to reposition the screens (like at a docking station) and reset the main screen to the bigger one you are actually working with. Usually you need to go to the settings menue, choose the window settings and then adjust it. Which takes a long time for the ever same procedure.
