Description of the new feature / enhancement

I go to Start, type in Power Toys and what comes up is a s screen listing all the Toys with their keyboard shortcuts.

Scenario when this would be used?

Every single time I want to use a toy

Supporting information

I always have to search to find the link to the online list of the toys. It isn't easy to find. (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/) I want it to act like a regular program, so I "open" it from Start and find the tools I need there.
