Description of the new feature / enhancement

Currently the Powertoys Run box looks cheap and could use a blur or aura effect around the box when it is open. An animation would also increase quality but might be more difficult to implement and would be more resource-hungry (which a small number of users might not like).

Scenario when this would be used?

When people want PowerToys Run to feel a little more premium.

A UI rework of PowerToys Run is already in progress!
