Description of the new feature / enhancement

Summary: Add an option to add shortcuts to manipulate device options or features (Volume, media playback, toggle WIFI, toggle bluetooth, etc...)

I know generally most of the standard computer keyboards have the special "fn" key which is used to toggle and change device settings (such as media playback, volume adjustment, etc.). But the problems comes with the keyboards that doesn't have these special functions. Nevertheless, though there are shortcuts within windows to change few options (display projection options - win + p, wireless display - win + k), options for like for bluetooth and wifi (and other frequently used options), doesnt have any shortcuts. By having such feature, it will be efficient to work by the shortcuts to toggle these options.

Actually i am new to GitHub, so dont know how to organize much in requesting features. But I saw some users also have requested about shortcuts for some individual options (switching virtual desktops, toggling night light). My request is typical to all other these request. So, i hope what i request is quite a valid feature.

Scenario when this would be used?

Since these (wifi, bluetooth) is general, it can be said that frequently this option is used
