Add a Menu with all Powertoys-keyboardshortcuts

I'm suggesting the addition of a "PowerToys Keyboard Shortcuts Menu" to enhance the user experience. This feature aims to provide an organized list of keyboard shortcuts for all PowerToys utilities, with the goal of improving user accessibility and productivity.

Scenario when this would be used?

When you want to use any one of the features of PowerToys, but you forgot the shortcut and have to go through the settings again just to find the feature you were looking for.
