Powertoys Run Dictionary feature

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Implement the ability for Powertoys Run to act as a simple dictionary to define terms inputted to the search bar

Scenario when this would be used?

When ALT+SPACE (or whatever hotkey the user chose) is pressed, powertoys run will open, and when a term is put in (a single word), it will show a definition of that word
