Description of the new feature / enhancement

Make it possible to customise the aesthetic of PowerToys run
For example:

  • Change the colour and darkness from a colour picker rather than just a light/ dark theme
  • Change how round the UI is
  • Change the size of the UI
  • Change the transparency of the UI

(If any of these features are present already, I have missed them)

Scenario when this would be used?

It is not so much a performance improvement, but would make using the PowerToy much more pleasurable to use, and doesn't hinder any of its function
