Description of the new feature / enhancement

In the file explorer adds-on would be quite useful to have color tags to highlights folders and files.
Something like the color tags available on the MacOS Finder.
Besides adding the color the possibility to highlight with color entire lines in file explorer would be great.

by the way, thank you very much for your work. I find power toys super useful.

Scenario when this would be used?

It will be used to classify files within the folders. For example if you have different version of a document in the folder and you want find the most recent in an eye blink having color tags would be great.
