Description of the new feature / enhancement

There's getting to be a lot of different/varied features that are now part of PowerToys. I don't use most of them, so I want any new ones off until I can validate my need. Determining which are on or off is challenging, having to visit every page in sequence. It would be better to have a summary page with on/off sliders for each feature... this way I can go to one page to see the status, and the names beside the sliders could be hyperlinks to the individual feature pages. (Leading to an interaction like: "Oh, feature foo is enabled, what does it do, click link to investigate.")

Scenario when this would be used?

My scenario is I only currently use a few features. (Awake, Run, and the new PasteAsText.) To determine even this info, I have to visit each of the tabs to see if they're enabled or not.

Also just a note of the weirdness of the current click on the tray icon when you don't use much: It looks very funky/sparse. https://snipboard.io/PJWVos.jpg

It has since dawned on me that the on/off state might be possible to integrate into the tabs themselves. (I'm not a UI design expert.) Since all the tabs are always visible, this would make it easy to achieve my goal of quickly checking which features are active/inactive... and clicking the tab (to toggle on/off, since it should not be possible to toggle the state until the tab is active) provides the further info on the feature itself.

It appears that I got my wish in the end... in version 0.75.0 I see the Dashboard (which looks like it comes from #26816), which is basically exactly what I was dreaming of. Good job to whoever did that!
