Change the default keybind for Run Utility

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Alt+Space is already used for window options, so I feel like it should be remapped to Win+Space. most people using PowerToys Run Utility are Mac users who are used to Command+space as the search-and-run key.

Scenario when this would be used?

A user that has both a Windows and a Mac computer, or a user that has switched to Windows from an Apple Computer.

I always recommend Win+Q, because that has the exact same function as Win+S does.

This is not a bad idea. The main issue with this is that Win+Space is already used by Windows to quickly change the keyboard layout. This shouldn't make a huge impact to most people though. Changing the keybind for Run to Win+Space overrides the change keyboard layout function and if you do have multiple keyboard layouts activated, there is a language bar area in the taskbar.

currently no plans to change the default. This is a fully overridable setting and we're working to improve our default OOBE experience to expose more of these decisions and defaults for quicker changes.
