Google translation via Run utillity

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add a function that allow the user to auto-translate the search line in-case using a certain letter inorder to trigger the translation.
for example:
{t}Translate this.

and in the PowerToys setting ull be allowed to choosed prefered language to tranlsate to.

Scenario when this would be used?

As a student that use different language then english I find the need to search for every single word that i dont know is annoying.
so in this case: the auto translation function that can be add to the run utllity will be huge time saver for me.
