Add Space bar as modifier key

Description of the new feature / enhancement

In the Keyboard Manager I am not able to use space as a modifier key. I am using a script for a while now to achieve this:

space + I,j,k,l -> behave as arrows
space + n -> backspace
space + m -> delete
space + h -> enter

Now with PowerToys I can achieve this with ALT key but in long term it is very uncomfortable. It would be useful to have space as a modifier and/or make it possible to use more keys together like "F+I,J,K,L -> arrows"

Scenario when this would be used?

Just like other items in the keyboard manager
