Description of the new feature / enhancement

• A quick option to highlight files using a color tag/label system in the windows file explorer.
• As easy as it could be: select the folder or file, and click on a color tag to mark it.
• An option to filter by color tag could also come in handy.

Scenario when this would be used?

It's an additional way to organize files and folders. It's also useful for highlighting files when you have many items in the same.

Supporting information

On MacOs, the finder have had a color label system for years. It lets you organize your files and folders in a different way. Now it's called tags.
