Steps to reproduce

Edit the columns default, change to 4, turn off space around borders. Here it shows that the borders are removed on the template. Then save and go back and try to shift+drag a window to one of the columns. It has a 16px border still.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Turning off borders should turn off borders.

❌ Actual Behavior

Turning off borders doesn't turn off borders.

Changing the border to 0 is a workaround, but it seems the toggle isn't functioning.

I did try creating a new C:\user<username>\appdata\Microsoft\PowerToys\FancyZones, but this didn't change anything.
