在资源管理器中为文件添加标记，如颜色标记、重点符号标记、处理进度标记等。
目前已有的软件Folder Painter只能为文件夹上色或改变样式。

Scenario when this would be used?

为文件进行简单分类，更容易看到重要文件，无需打开即可了解文件处理进度。
