Description of the new feature / enhancement

I commonly find myself opening a new tab in my browser and looking up "image to text", clicking on the first link, and then going through the process of navigating whatever website I saw first. It would be nice to have a local way of copying/pasting text from an image, would also be nice if it could read from clipboard, so I don't have to save anything.

Scenario when this would be used?

Any image with text in it that needs to be copies, PDF documents, etc.
