Description of the new feature / enhancement

PowerToys Run is an absolutely genius module and it is almost perfect in terms of functionalities, but there is just one limitation: its appearance.
Something like acrylic finish, transparency and color enhancements would seem a great step in the development.

Scenario when this would be used?

In PowerToys run, whenever it is summoned.
