Some PowerToys Features still use the old Windows 10 Design Language instead of the new Windows 11 Fluent Design

Like in these examples (Remap a key and Video Conference Mute)

Where the old Windows 10 Design Language appears

  • Remap a key
  • Remap a shortcut
  • Video Conference Mute flyout
  • Appear on Top border
  • Parts of Run

To clarify: there is only one slight inconsistency in PowerToys Run

The borders overlap and aren't necessarily designed like the rest of Windows 11/PowerToys
