Description of the new feature / enhancement

Translating of language from selected screen area and show the result in a different window for copy or reading purpose. I'm proposing a feature like Google Lens.

Scenario when this would be used?

It will be useful for understanding a foreign language translation so that we don't have to go on a Web browser and translate from Third-party or Using a phone camera for translation.
