Long result list can't be browsed/scrolled easily

I set my result list to 40. It is very hard to browse the long result lists I type a search item which brings more than 10+ The mouse wheel does not work, the page down works but one cant see the where the highlight is in the list, since the list does not scroll.

One way to deal with it is to move the search window as high as possible on the screen, but then it wont remember the window position the next time.

We have a fix for scrolling for trackpads in 0.53 which will be out first week in January. This may have a fix for you.
