Support for K8s Windows Containers

Please add support for Windows Containers to monitor ACS K8s

Hi Luke, you can run the windows agent and collect data on K8s.

please go thru the docs. You will need to install directly on the host.

@keikhara You can not install directly on the host if you run in ACS.

@artisticcheese We have been testing it. We will be providing a documentation for the Windows Kubernetes soon.

I deployed the yaml in the windows directory and it failed to deploy with No nodes are available that match all of the following predicates:: MatchNodeSelector (2).
