Configuration menu getting reordered after use #2071

Overview

On first expansion, the Mixed Reality Toolkit menu, the Build item is above Configure. After using the Configure menu (ex: applying project settings), subsequent expansions, Configure is above Build

Expected Behavior

Consistent ordering of menu items

Steps to reproduce

  • Import the MRTK
  • Expand Mixed Reality Toolkit menu
    • note the ordering of Build and Configure
  • Select Configure > Apply project settings
  • Expand Mixed Reality Toolkit menu
    • note the changed ordering of Build and Configure
