Description of the issue

static references to graph.microsoft.com need to be replaced with "$Global:MSCloudLoginConnectionProfile.MicrosoftGraph.ResourceUrl" in the following resources

  1. MSFT_AADNetworkAccessForwardingPolicy
  2. MSFT_AADOrganizationCertificateBasedAuthConfiguration
  3. MSFT_AADAuthenticationMethodPolicyExternal
  4. MSFT_AADEnrichedAuditLogs
