Description

Current customer has desire to utilize cross-tenant access policies with their multi-tenant organization/multi-tenant management solution to monitor and/or enforce policies. Part of these policies is the "default settings" configuration.

Special considerations or limitations

Depends on other new graph resources (cross-tenant access policy and partner settings) to comprise a full policy. These will be referenced in other issues for independent tracking.
