[MAS4.3.1][High Contrast Mode-Debug] After applying high contrast mode, the "Next and Previous" buttons didn't change their color.

Actual Result:
When applying High Contrast Settings of application, we observe that the "Next and Previous" buttons didn't change the color due to which their visibility is very low. The "Next and Previous" buttons are in blue color and after applying "High Contrast" they didn't change the color.

Expected Result:
When we apply any High Contrast Settings of application, the "Next and Previous" button should change the color like other controls. The "Next and Previous" buttons should change their color to white or any other color so, that they can clearly visible.

Repro Steps:
Turn on "High Contrast" setting from below mentioned path setting:
File-->Themes-->High Contrast

1. Open the Bot Framework V4 Emulator.
2. Welcome tab screen gets opened.
3. Navigate to the "Open Bot" button and activate it.
4. Open a Bot Dialog box gets opened.
5. Navigate to the "bot URL" edit box and enter URL- http://localhost:3979/api/messages
6. Enter "Microsoft App ID and Microsoft App Password". As well as check debug mode.
7. Navigate to "Connect" button and activate it.
8. "Debug" separate window appears.
9. Navigate to "Menu Bar" available at right side containing "JSON, Next, Previous, Copy and Show Diff" control.
10. Observe the issue.

User Impact:
The AT user will not be able to identify the presence of control inside the button border if the control is not properly visible.

We have checked in the latest nightly, the issue is fixed now. So, we are closing the bug.
