Bot not showing, is very timeout a long after public my New App Teams

Very timeout a long new App all Users

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '.Chat Teams..'
2. Click on '..Applications..'
3. Scroll down to '.Search Applications...'
4. See error Not showing my App

Expected behavior

After Search Applications, showing my App "SegA..."

• Which version of Composer are you using?
• Which type of bot are you trying to create (C# or Node)?
• For a C# bot, have you installed the Microsoft.Bot.Components.Teams library or, for Node, the @microsoft/bot-components-teams package in Composer's Package Manager?
• Have you provisioned and published your bot to Azure?
• How are you installing your app in Teams?
