Problem Description

Test Environment:
OS Build: Windows 11 Version Dev(OS Build 22523.1000)
Browser: Edge Dev Version 98.0.1108.13 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
URL: Schema Explorer | Adaptive Cards

Pre-requisites:
Settings > Accessibility > Contrast themes > "Aquatic" and "Dessert" modes.

Repro Steps:
Open the above URL.
Schema Explore Input.Date Page will be appear.
Navigate to Date Input field in Adaptive Card and activate it.
Calendar Pop-up will be appear.
Observe the issue for 'Clear' and 'Today' Button.
Actual:
'Clear' and 'Today' buttons in calendar pop-up is appearing as links in high-contrast mode.

Expected:
'Clear' and 'Today' buttons in calendar pop-up should not appear as links in high-contrast mode.
Buttons should contains rectangular boarder around the text to appear as button.

User Impact:
When content or components disappear in high contrast modes or they don’t appear as interactive elements, customers who rely on that feature are blocked from information and functionality of the full user experience within the site/app.
