Issue

Some tests occasionally fail in the test app. This seems to be caused at least in part by a bug in the code that is supposed to wait for the images to load before taking a snapshot. Tests I currently see occasionally failing are:

v1.0\Scenarios\FoodOrder
v1.0\Scenarios\ImageGallery
v1.2\Tests\Bleed.Comprehensive
v.12\Tests\RichTextBlock.TextRun.SelectActions

Change #3044 has addressed the background image issues. Updated the description to remove those files from the list.
