Add function that if theme is "shame" set old theme

We all have our favourite themes, but some people tend to like themes that are really bright and not readable at all. This has led to BBB being forced to tag these themes as “shame”, but this doesn’t help much as hundreds of people in stream are being blinded until the heroes in chat change the theme <3 . Therefore I would like to suggest a function that after some period of time changes the “shamed” theme back to the previous non “shame” theme :D

Should this still be implemented? Any thoughts on what "after some period of time" is more specifically? 1 second? 5 seconds?

How about 30 seconds? That seems like a fair balance, the user gets their shamed theme, everyone gets their chuckle, and the joke doesn't last too long.

Maybe a general setting with a standard of 5 minutes or so.
And everyone can configure this in their own settings.

Maybe one setting for okayish themes and one for not that great themes.

In addition to the 'shame' theme timer setting, I think we'll also need to add a setting for the list of 'shame' themes because that'll be different for each streamer.

Let's take "shame" out of the equation. That's a thing that is very specific to my stream.

More generally, should we have a setting that auto-resets the theme to the one the streamer originally had after a period of time? Or a setting that says if the point redemption is used, switch it back to the streamer's original?
