Feature: Logging implementation

Hi!

I love the work you have done on this so far! I have felt the pain quite often now too to set up a ZF project each time. I also thought about doing something like this.

However, when reading through your code I noticed that there is no concrete implementation of a logging system yet. Why is that? Because you think that logging is too application specific in order to provide sane default configurations?
