CSS:

.section {
  margin: 10px;
}

.section label {
  color: blue;
}

Template:

<div class="section" *ngFor="let element of elements">
  <div *ngFor="let item of element.items">
    <label>{{item.name}}</label>
  </div>
</div>

This rule is highly experimental and has a lot of flaws at the moment.

I'll keep the issue open and fix it at some point, for the stable version of no-unused-css.
